METTLER TOLEDO and PCE will feature the Marking, Verification and Checkweighing Station XS2 MV, Advanced Bundle Station ABS, Manual Aggregation Station MAS, Label Check Station LCS and the Mix-Up & Print Inspection Station.  Any or all of these systems can be utilized as a component of a complete Serialization / Track & Trace packaging line and site solution with PCE’s Pilot Line Manager and Pilot Site Manager software for compliance with Track & Trace initiatives, USA e-Pedigree, EU directives and other global requirements for product traceability and product authentication.  The hardware and software solutions are designed for simple integration into existing and new packaging lines to provide standard, turn-key solutions for serialization/track and trace requirements.

The XS2 MV Checkweigher combines accurate weighing, marking and vision verification control in compliance with global traceability and fraud protection requirements.

The Advanced Bundle Station ABS is a Compact registration and labelling station for monitoring bundles (aggregation) within a Track & Trace system connected to a database.

The Manual Aggregation Station MAS completes the Track & Trace packaging process. The system contains Pilot software, printer and hand scanner - characterized in particularly by flexible use and easy integration.

The Label Check Station LCS continuously inspects labels on a backing tape for errors and rejects faulty labels. Using this process, errors can be removed before the start of the actual labelling process since only labels that are complete and correct are applied to the final product.

The Mix-Up & Print Inspection Station is using Intelligent image processing cameras and sensors with LAN connection. It is capable of reading and verifying codes (linear and 2D) and optical characters.
