With 100% inspection of the whole label for all in-line thermal transfer printers: pinpoint accuracy, immediately before application to the end product.
Continuously inspects labels on a backing tape for errors and rejects faulty labels. Using this process, errors can be removed before the start of the actual labelling process since only labels that are complete and correct are applied to the final product.
